The app encompasses four key functionalities:

• The interactive first aid assistant provides guidance through voice, text, or images, effectively navigating users through emergencies. Users can respond to the app's questions using "Yes" or "No" options, tailoring the guidance based on the situation at hand. It emphasizes personal safety and instructs users on assessing consciousness and breathing. Depending on their responses, users are directed towards critical measures for resuscitation or addressing urgent situations such as burns, poisoning, respiratory distress, bleeding, stroke, and heart attack. These measures are described in detail and often accompanied by illustrations.
• The "Emergency Call Assistant" aids users in making emergency calls. It includes a step-by-step guide for reporting emergencies using the five Ws and provides location identification through Google Maps, along with an automatic emergency call feature.
• "The Little Lifesaver" section contains vital information presented in both text and imagery about various first aid topics such as joint injuries, fractures, sunstroke, shock, and the recovery position. Additionally, it can serve as a supplementary resource to the interactive first aid assistant or as a concise collection of first aid information.
• The "DRK Info Services" feature provides access to important news from the German Red Cross online, allows users to find current blood donation dates in their area, and offers an overview of available first aid courses.
